While many people enjoy owning a hot tub as a luxury, it does come with its own set of maintenance challenges. One common issue of your cleverspa hot tub getting far to hot and the system not cutting the power to your heater once the temperature has been achieved. this will then display the HL high temperature error code. Fortunately this small yet critical component plays a crucial role in maintaining your hot tub efficiently.

If your water temperature continues to rise above 45 degrees. then this could be a faulty control panel for your clever spa. the hot temperature will cause a HL error code.

This cleverspa keypad will fit all models within the cleverspa range. they include the freeze shield to protect against ice damage during winter periods.

To replace your faulty keypad you require a 10mm spanner and a small pozi drive screwdriver.

Locate 2 10mm bolts underneath the panels housing. then remove the back plate via 5 small screws and unplug the faulty control panel. then work in reverse to instal the new cleversa keypad.

If you have an external pump unit, then simply unlick the top cover with a flat screwdriver. then pop out the faulty control panel and replace.
