REFURBISHED PRODUCT
This is a professionally refurbished used machine. Cosmetic marks and signs of previous use should be expected. See the full description below.

Looking for a reliable replacement for your faulty Lay-Z-Spa AirJet heater pump?

Our fully refurbished Lay-Z-Spa AirJet heater pumps are professionally inspected, serviced and tested by LayZrepair before being offered for sale.

Rather than simply testing a used machine and reselling it, each pump goes through our refurbishment process to identify worn, damaged or deteriorated components.

Every machine receives brand-new internal seals, while the heater, water pump, RCD, power connection and other important components are inspected and replaced where necessary.

What does our refurbishment include?

Every Lay-Z-Spa AirJet heater pump undergoes a comprehensive inspection and service, including:

• Brand-new internal seals fitted
• Water pump and impeller inspected and serviced
• Heater core inspected for corrosion and pitting
• Heater core replaced where excessively pitted or degraded
• Power cable and plug inspected for corrosion or damage
• Power plug replaced where required
• RCD safety breaker inspected
• RCD replaced where required
• Internal pipework and connections inspected
• Electrical and water-flow components checked
• Complete machine operationally tested before dispatch

Replacement parts are fitted where required

Because every machine has had a different previous life, not every refurbished pump requires exactly the same replacement components.

Parts that are in good working condition and pass our inspection are retained. Components showing excessive deterioration, corrosion, damage or wear are replaced where necessary.

This allows us to concentrate on the condition and reliability of each machine, rather than unnecessarily replacing perfectly serviceable components.

Please expect signs of previous use

These are genuine used Lay-Z-Spa heater pumps that have been professionally refurbished. They are not cosmetically new machines.

Casings may therefore have scratches, marks, fading, discolouration or other cosmetic signs of previous use.

Cosmetic condition will vary between machines. These marks do not affect the operation of the heater pump.

Our refurbishment concentrates on what’s important: the internal condition, operation and reliability of the machine.

Product photographs may therefore be representative, and the exact cosmetic condition of the machine supplied may differ.

3-Month LayZrepair Repair Warranty

Every refurbished AirJet heater pump includes a 3-month LayZrepair repair warranty for additional peace of mind.

If a covered fault develops during the warranty period, please contact LayZrepair before arranging repairs or having the machine dismantled by another repairer.

LayZrepair must be given the opportunity to inspect the machine and, where appropriate, carry out the warranty repair.

Our warranty provides for repair of the machine rather than automatic replacement.

The additional LayZrepair warranty does not cover problems resulting from misuse, accidental damage, frost damage, incorrect storage, limescale or inadequate maintenance, blocked/dirty filters, restricted water flow, damaged or kinked liner pipework, or unauthorised third-party repairs or modifications.

This warranty is in addition to and does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

Third-party diagnostic, repair, packaging or transportation costs should not be incurred without prior agreement from LayZrepair, as these costs will not normally be reimbursed under our additional warranty.
