How the CosySpa Repair Service Works
Step 1 – Purchase the Correct Service
Choose one of the following:
• CosySpa Air Jet Motor Collection Service
For heater pump/control unit faults such as no heat, tripping electrics, or error codes.
• CosySpa Puncture Repair Service
For air leaks in the inflatable liner (small punctures only – not split seams).
Once purchased, you’ll receive collection instructions and a shipping label (if applicable).
Step 2 – Pack Your Machine or Liner
For Heater / Motor Units:
Remove the heater pump from the liner.
Use a strong box
Cushion all sides with thick padding.
Do NOT rely on thin bubble wrap alone.
Secure firmly with strong parcel tape.
For Liners:
Fully deflate and tightly roll.
Keep within size limits advised on the service page.
Wrap securely and tape well.
Proper packaging is essential to prevent transit damage.
Step 3 – Collection & Inspection
Your CosySpa unit is collected and delivered to LayZRepair for inspection.
We:
Test the unit
Diagnose the fault
Service internal components where possible
Replace worn parts if needed
If your machine simply requires a service (cleaning, seals, minor internal adjustments), we’ll complete this without unnecessary part replacements.
If additional parts are required, you will be contacted before any work is carried out.
Step 4 – Repair & Return
Once repaired and fully tested, your unit is returned to you ready to reconnect.
If you need it urgently, fast-track repair is available on request.

Cosyspa E3 / E6 Error Code – FAQs & Troubleshooting
Common causes include:
Dirty or blocked filter cartridge
Restricted water flow
Low water level
Bent or constricted liner tubes
Debris inside the filter housing
Setup step missed during installation
The heater cannot heat properly if water is not flowing freely through the unit.
Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur adipiscing elit. Ut elit tellus, luctus nec ullamcorper mattis, pulvinar dapibus leo.
Follow these steps:
Step 1: Remove the filter cartridge.
Check for strong water flow from the lower inlet/outlet while the heater unit is running.
Step 2: Thoroughly clean the filter and filter housing.
Step 3: Ensure water is between the minimum and maximum level marks.
Step 4: Reset the heater by holding the filter button (DNA helix symbol) for 5–10 seconds.
The error should clear once water flow is restored.
If the error persists after cleaning and resetting:
Check for bent or constricted liner tubes
Inspect for blockages inside the pump intake
Ensure filters are not over-saturated
If flow is fully clear and the error remains, internal components may need inspection.
The “Change Filter” message is usually:
A timed reminder (around 150 hours of use)
ORA water flow issue warning
To reset:
Clean or replace the filter
Ensure correct water level
Hold the filter button for 5–10 seconds to reset the timer
If the warning continues alongside E3/E6, restricted flow is likely the issue.
Error 5 typically indicates:
Faulty temperature probe
ORFaulty thermal cut-out switch
This is not usually fixed by troubleshooting and will require repair or replacement of internal components.
Unplugging may temporarily clear the display, but if the root cause (water flow restriction or faulty component) is not resolved, the error will return.
