Inflatable Hot Tub Puncture Repairs & Repair Kits

hot tub puncture repair serviceIf your inflatable hot tub has developed a slow air leak, visible puncture, or is gradually losing pressure overnight, our specialist puncture repair service is designed to restore your liner safely and professionally. Small pinholes, thorn damage, pet claws, storage splits and accidental knocks are common causes of air loss in inflatable spas. Left untreated, even a tiny puncture can worsen under pressure and lead to larger structural damage.

We know that finding the exact source of the leak can be the most frustrating part. Searching for that pesky puncture — especially when it’s a slow leak — can take hours and often goes unresolved. As part of our service, leak detection and fault finding is included. We fully inspect and test your liner to locate the air loss before carrying out any repair, saving you time and repeated inflation attempts at home.

At LayZRepair, we focus specifically on inflatable hot tubs and understand the material construction, internal air chambers and stress points that make these liners different from standard pool inflatables. Our controlled repair process bonds high-strength material to the damaged area, restoring airtight integrity while maintaining flexibility. Each liner is inspected and pressure tested before being returned to ensure the repair holds correctly under normal operating conditions.

Whether your spa is compatible with Lay-Z-Spa or CleverSpa, we provide a reliable UK-based collection and return service so you don’t need to attempt temporary patch jobs that may fail. If your hot tub is otherwise in good condition but suffering from minor punctures, this service can extend its lifespan and save you the cost of full replacement.

We repair liners compatible with:

  • Lay-Z-Spa

  • CleverSpa

  • MSPA, CosySpa and other similar inflatable models

Our service is ideal for small punctures and air leaks that are not seam splits or structural tears.

Turnaround times vary depending on the time of year.

During quieter periods, most liners are repaired and returned within a few working days of arrival. However, during peak spring and early summer months, turnaround times may be slightly longer due to high demand.

Once a puncture has been repaired, the liner must be left inflated for a minimum of 48 hours to allow the repair to fully bond and to ensure it holds pressure correctly before being returned.

This testing period is essential to ensure long-lasting results.

Yes. Every repaired liner is pressure tested before being sent back.

After repair, the liner is inflated and left under controlled pressure for at least 48 hours. This allows us to:

  • Confirm the repair has sealed correctly

  • Ensure no further air loss is present

  • Check for additional hidden leaks

  • Verify structural integrity under pressure

Only once the liner has successfully held pressure during testing will it be prepared for return shipping.

This process helps prevent repeat issues and gives you confidence that the repaired area is secure before refitting at home.

Professional Repairs. Proper Testing. Clear Policies.

We understand that sending your hot tub liner away can feel like a risk. That’s why our service is fully structured and transparent.

  • Collection and return included

  • Up to three small punctures repaired

  • 12-month guarantee on repaired areas

If a liner is found to be beyond economical repair, we clearly explain the issue and apply a £50 inspection fee before refunding the remaining balance.
