• Does the liner inflated? if the liner does not inflate then please do not send.
• is your liner clean? dirty soiled liners will not be accepted and returned. your will lose shipping costs.
• Are any seams faulty split or damaged? please only send for puncture repairs. NOT SPLIT SEAMS.

Please tightly roll and wrap your liner ready for collection. 

• Your hot tubs liner must be tightly rolled and wrapped no larger than 60x60x60cm. use a large heavy duty wrapping and brown parcel tape.
• This service is for inflatable hot tub requiring a puncture repair collection service. provided by DHL.
• Full support and advice are available with regards to packaging your hot tub liner ready for collection.

If you wish for no work to be carried out after you receive your quote then a £50 inspection fee is chargeable plus return shipping £25 and your liner will be returned back to you.

This shipping service does not include insurance cover. if you wish to include insurance then please arrange shipping yourself. warranty on parts used for repairs does not include shipping and labour.

If your liner is not repairable then the liner will be returned to you and a £50 inspection fee is charged plus return shipping £25. this is taken for the original charge. this service covers up to 3 small punctures. NOT RIPS AND TEARS. return shipping is also included within this service.
