ORDER SHOCK PROOFING WRAP HERE. shock proofing wrap available next day if ordered before 1pm then book your collection after your wrap arrives.

Please securely package or wrap your motor unit ready for collection. if wrapping then protect the pipes for transit.

PLEASE NOTE THIS IS NOT FOR HYDRO HOT TUB MOTORS. (Air jet 3 PIPE models only)

POORLY PACKAGED MACHINES ARE AT RISK OF DAMAGE WHICH WILL BE YOUR RESPONSIBILITY. I AM NOT PROVIDING THE COLLECTION SERVICE I AM BOOKING YOU IN WITH DHL. Your motor unit must be packaged or wrapped and ready for collection. A sturdy suitable box is advised with all surfaces of your motor unit cushioned to avoid damage during transit. Also add packaging underneath your unit. use a strong brown parcel tape to secure the packaging. USE THINK PADDING LIKE OLD CUSHIONS OR THICK FOAM. BUBBLE WRAP IS NOT SUITABLE. Please see the added images for this item on advise for shock proofing your machine. Your machine will travel onto a conveyor belt system. 

If your motor unit is not packaged and ready for collection then another collection service will have to be purchased. Missed collections are unable to be refunded.

for your LayZspa Airjet machine. FOR OTHER SMALLER MACHINES LIKE MSPA OR CLEVERSPA. ORDER A SMALLER BOX. then fill the voids around the whole machine with lightweight packaging. Please note a layer of bubble wrap wil; not protect your machine. roll up the bubble wrap and sandwich between 2 sheets of cardboard for a think cushion. do this for all 6 surfaces.

Your motor will be returned within the packaging that you provide.

This item is for collecting of your hot tubs motor unit for repair or service, please see the relevant pages on the website for current prices for servicing. for repairs you will be contacted with a quote before work is carried out or parts ordered.

This shipping service does not include insurance cover. if you wish to include insurance then please arrange shipping yourself. warranty on parts used for repairs does not include shipping and labour.

If you wish for no work to be carried out after you receive your quote then a £40 inspection fee is chargeable and your unit will be returned back to you.
