After purchase, you will receive:

• A printable shipping label
  📧 Sent by email within 48 hours
  🖨️ A printer is required

Packaging Requirements (Very Important)

⚠️ Poorly packaged machines are at risk of damage, and this will be your responsibility.

I do not provide the courier service directly — I book the collection on your behalf with DHL.

Your motor unit must be:

• Fully packaged and ready for collection

• Placed in a sturdy cardboard box

• Cushioned on all sides, including underneath

❌ Bubble wrap alone is NOT suitable
✔️ Use thick padding such as:

• Lightweight cushions

• Lightweight foam

• Smaller boxes filled with paper

• Rolled bubble wrap sandwiched between cardboard sheets

Your motor will travel through a conveyor belt system, so protection is essential.

Recommended Box Size

I recommend Online Cardboard Boxes. Your box must have space between your machine and the walls of the box to fill with padding.

For Lay-Z-Spa AirJet motors:

• 610 × 457 × 457 mm

For smaller units (e.g. MSpa):

• Use a smaller box

• Fill all voids with lightweight protective packaging

Your motor will be returned in the same packaging you provide.

Missed Collections

If your motor unit is not packaged and ready, a new collection must be purchased.
❌ Missed collections are non-refundable.

Repairs, Servicing & Quotes

This item covers collection only.

• Servicing prices are listed on the relevant service pages

• For repairs, you will be contacted with a quote before any work or parts are ordered

If you choose not to proceed after receiving a quote:

• A £50 inspection fee applies

• Your unit will be returned to you

Insurance & Warranty

• This shipping service does not include insurance

• If you require insurance, please arrange your own courier

• Warranty on parts does not cover shipping or labour
