Motor Collection service.

Please securely package or wrap your motor unit ready for collection. if wrapping then protect the pipes for transit.

PLEASE NOTE THIS IS NOT FOR HYDRO HOT TUB MOTORS. (Air jet models only)

After purchase you will receive via email within 48 hours a collection day and your printable shipping label. (a printer is required).

Your motor unit must be packaged and ready for collection. Cushion all surfaces of your motor unit even underneath to avoid damage during transit. Use a quality brown package tape to secure your package. 

If your motor unit is not packaged and ready for collection then another collection service will have to be purchased. Missed collections are unable to be refunded.

The packaging must not exceed 60x60x60cm

Your motor will be returned within the packaging that you provide.

This item is for collecting of your hot tubs motor unit for repair or service, please see the relevant pages on the website for current prices for servicing. for repairs you will be contacted with a quote before work is carried out or parts ordered.

This shipping service does not include insurance cover. if you wish to include insurance then please arrange shipping yourself. warranty on parts used for repairs does not include shipping and labour.

If you wish for no work to be carried out after you receive your quote then a £40 inspection fee is chargeable and your unit will be returned back to you.
