Home Repair Kits.

Home repair kits can be returned for a full refund if the item is unopened and in the same packaging, return postage must be paid for by the customer, proof of purchase from this website must be shown.  refunds can take up to 28 days to action.

If after help and support has been offered or given and the customer is not satisfied with the LayZrepair home repair kits then a full refund will be given. the home repair kit does not have to be returned.

Refurbished Hot Tubs.

Refurbished hot tubs a non refundable, refurbished hot tubs are 30 day warranty including parts and labour. 

Servicing.

For hot tubs that have been serviced, no refund can be offered due to any parts and labour already been used for this service.
