This service is for the search repair and return of small punctures only.
It is not suitable for:

• Split or damaged seams

• Rips or tears

• Liners that will not inflate

• HydroJet liners (these are too large)

Suitability Checklist

Before sending your liner, please confirm:

✔️ The liner inflates
❌ If the liner does not inflate, please do not send it
✔️ The liner is clean
❌ Dirty or soiled liners will be refused and returned (shipping costs are non-refundable)
✔️ The issue is a small puncture only
❌ Split seams or structural damage are not accepted

Collection & Repair Process

This item covers collection, inspection, repair (where possible), and return.

• Your liner will be collected and delivered to LayZRepair

• Once inspected, you will be contacted with:

  • Repair confirmation

  • Repair cost (if applicable)

Packaging Requirements (Very Important)

Your liner must be tightly rolled and securely wrapped, ready for collection.

📦 Maximum packed size:
90 × 90 × 90 cm

Packaging guidance:

• Tightly roll the liner

• Use heavy-duty wrapping

• Secure with strong brown parcel tape

• The liner must remain compact and protected for transit

If you are unable to roll the liner to this size, please cancel this service and purchase the larger liner collection service instead.
A refund can be issued for the incorrect collection service.

Local Drop-Off (Doncaster)

If you are local to Doncaster, liners may be dropped off by arrangement.
Please contact us before travelling.

Repairs Not Proceeding / Non-Repairable Liners

If you choose not to proceed after receiving your quote:

• A £50 inspection fee applies

• £25 return shipping applies

• The liner will be returned to you

If the liner is found to be not repairable:

• A £50 inspection fee applies

• £25 return shipping applies

• These charges are deducted from the original payment

Repair Limits & Warranty

• This service covers up to 3 small punctures

• ❌ Does not cover rips, tears, or seam failures

• Warranty on repairs does not include shipping or labour

Shipping & Insurance

• Collection and return are arranged via DHL

• This service does not include transit insurance

• If insurance is required, please arrange your own courier
