This listing is for the LayZRepair Hot Tub Puncture Repair Collection Service.

After purchase, your inflatable hot tub liner will be collected by DHL and delivered to LayZRepair for inspection. Once received, we will inspect the liner and contact you with repair details and confirmation before proceeding.

Important Suitability Notes

• This service is for puncture repairs only

• Repairs cover up to 5 small punctures

• Rips, tears, or split seams are NOT included

• Liners that do not inflate at all are NOT suitable for this service

• HydroJet liners are too heavy for this collection service

If you have a HydroJet liner, please contact us for a bespoke DIY home repair kit or an alternative solution.

Preparing Your Liner for Collection

To ensure safe transport, please follow these steps carefully:

• Warm the liner indoors overnight before packing (this makes rolling easier)

• Tightly roll the liner

• Wrap securely using heavy-duty wrapping material

• Seal using strong brown parcel tape

• Final package size must be no larger than 75 × 75 × 75 cm

• Include a note inside the package with:

  • Your name

  • Contact details

  • A brief description of the puncture(s)

Shipping & Insurance

• Collection and return transport are arranged via DHL

• This service does not include insurance

• If you require insured shipping, you must arrange your own courier

Inspection, Labour & Non-Repairable Liners

• If your liner is not repairable, inspection labour and return shipping will still apply

• Inspection labour charge: £60

• Warranty on any parts used for repairs does not include labour or shipping
