If you are unsure which motor type you have, a simple check usually makes it clear. AirJet motors are smaller and lighter and can normally be lifted easily by one person. They are designed to blow air bubbles into the hot tub only and do not pump water. In contrast, HydroJet motors are much larger and heavier and are not easily lifted by one person. HydroJet systems actively pump water through built-in massage jets, creating a strong water-massage effect inside the hot tub. If your hot tub produces water jets rather than just air bubbles, you have a HydroJet system. If you are still unsure, please contact us before selecting your option at checkout.

We arrange and book a DHL collection on your behalf, transporting your motor unit safely to LayZRepair for inspection and assessment.

This service is suitable for Lay-Z-Spa AirJet and HydroJet motors, as well as compatible inflatable hot tub brands.

IMPORTANT – Choose the Correct Motor Type

• AirJet Motor (smaller / lighter units)

• HydroJet Motor (larger / heavier units)

⚠️ HydroJet motors are significantly larger and heavier than AirJet models and require a different DHL service level. Selecting the incorrect option may result in collection failure or additional charges.

Use thick shock-absorbing materials such as:

• Thick foam

• Rolled bubble wrap sandwiched between cardboard

Your motor will travel through automated DHL conveyor systems, so proper shock protection is essential.

• After purchase, you will receive:

  • A collection date

  • A printable DHL shipping label

• These are sent within 48 hours

• A printer is required
