After purchase, you will receive by email:

• A printable DHL shipping label

Packaging Requirements – Please Read Carefully

⚠️ Poorly packaged machines are at risk of damage, and this will be your responsibility.

LayZRepair does not provide the courier service directly.
The collection is booked on your behalf with DHL.

Your motor unit must be:

• Fully packaged or wrapped

• Ready for collection on the booked day

• Placed in a sturdy, suitable cardboard box

• Cushioned on all sides, including underneath

❌ Bubble wrap alone is NOT suitable

✔️ Use thick protective materials, such as:

• Lightweight cushions

• Lightweight foam

• Rolled bubble wrap sandwiched between cardboard sheets

• Smaller boxes filled with paper

📸 Please refer to the product images for guidance on shock-proofing your machine.
Your motor will travel through a conveyor belt system, so adequate protection is essential.

Recommended Box Size (HydroJet)

For HydroJet motor units, use a box approximately:

• 800 × 700 × 500 mm

Fill all voids around the motor with lightweight packaging.
For best protection:

• Cushion all six sides EVEN UNDERNEATH! 

• Use smaller boxes filled with paper and padding, not loose wrap

Your motor will be returned in the same packaging you provide.

Missed Collections

If your motor unit is not packaged and ready, a new collection must be purchased.
❌ Missed collections are non-refundable.

Repairs, Servicing & Quotes

This listing covers collection only.

• Servicing prices are listed on the relevant pages

• For repairs, you will be contacted with a quote before any work or parts are ordered

If you choose not to proceed after receiving a quotation:

• A £50 inspection fee applies, plus return shipping

• Your motor unit will be returned to you

Insurance & Warranty

• This collection service does not include transit insurance

• If insurance is required, please arrange your own courier

• Warranty on parts does not include shipping or labour

LayZRepair can assist in arranging courier collection and return; however, we act as a booking agent only. All items are transported at the customer’s own risk once handed to the courier.

If you require full protection against loss or damage, you should arrange a courier service of your own choice with appropriate insurance cover.

Repair labour is non-refundable once completed.
